Welcome to the indu Pop-Up Launch Party, hosted by indu. These terms and conditions govern your use of the www.induparty.me website and attendance at our event. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or registering for the event. By using our website and attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This online registration service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of their parent or guardian to use this service. 4. Ticketing and Registration

Ticket Types

Guest List Tickets:
Free of charge.
Provides priority access on the selected date and time.
Maximum of 10 tickets per order.

Personal Shopping Appointments:
Price: £15 for a 20-minute session.
Each appointment allows for the customer and 2 guests.
£15 is redeemable for against the purchase of products only at the pop-up after your session.
An indu expert will assist with product recommendations tailored to you during the session.

Payment Options: We accept online payments for appointments purchased online. During the event appointments can still be booked online, pending availability. Any purchases made at the event will be accepted via card payments.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guest List Tickets:
Date and time changes can be made by signing up for a different slot.
No penalty for no-shows.
- Personal Shopping Appointments
Changes or cancellations are allowed until 5 days prior to the session.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before the session.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Photography and Video Consent
We may capture pictures and videos at the event for PR and marketing purposes. By attending the event, you consent to your picture or video being taken and used for social media or marketing purposes.

They will attentively listen and determine the best course of action to ensure your safety, comfort, and the positive atmosphere for all guests.
